The 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) is seeing some of the best players in the men's game come together for the biggest domestic tournament in Twenty20 cricket.

With the playoffs here, only three sides remain, with the grand final edging ever closer.

Royal Challengers Bangalore are the favourites to secure the IPL trophy after storming into the grand final at the first time of asking.

RCB hammer Gujarat Titans in the Qualifier to showcase just how far ahead of the rest they are. Their 92-run win over GT in the Qualifier saw RCB star with bat and ball as they moved to within one win of defending the crown they secured in 2025.

Rajasthan Royals are next in the betting, but they are only just ahead of Gujarat Titans in third. RR eliminated Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first Eliminator as they knocked their opponents out in a 47-run win.

Now, GT and RR will meet in the second Eliminator. Both sides will fancy their chances of taking the last place in the final, but RR are the slight favourites after winning their last game.

For GT, the focus is on being better across the pitch. Their bowlers were hammered to all corners against RCB while their batting unit was taken apart by RCB's bowlers in one of the more one-sided Qualifiers.

With arguably the biggest trophy in domestic T20 cricket on the line, only three sides are left to battle for the trophy and glory. RCB are the favourites, and they will be very confident that they can secure consecutive crowns in the Indian Premier League.

Can RCB make it two title wins in as many attempts or will one of their competitors pip them to the trophy?
