Zimbabwe vs South Africa Women 3rd T20 Preview & Tips - South Africa backed for yet another T20 win over Zimbabwe

South Africa Women have not really broken a sweat across their opening two T20's against Zimbabwe, with wins by six wickets and 64 runs seeing the touring side cruise to victory. 

The first T20 saw Zimbabwe bowled out for just 116 as South Africa were able to easily chase their target down in a six-wicket win. The second T20 saw South Africa smash their way to 193/3 before they restricted their opponents to just 129/7. In both matches, Anneke Bosch starred as she notched scores of 83 and 65. 

Zimbabwe have had no answer for Bosch's brilliance, with her 148 runs coming in just 74 deliveries. The focus has to be on removing Bosch early, but this is clearly easier said than done. Much of Zimbabwe's hopes of winning this one will be via bowling South Africa out cheaply and then chasing a score. Generally, if South Africa are able to bat first, they will likely build a big score that Zimbabwe are not good enough to match. 

While the series is still alive as a contest, I do not see the home side doing enough to hand South Africa a defeat. 

While Zimbabwe are not in the same bracket as the very best, this is still a good test of the touring side. Battling against an inferior opponent on the road will challenge South Africa to keep their concentration with both bat and ball. The T20 game is such that matches can spin in the space of an over. 

South Africa's continued pursuit of the likes of Australia, India and England at the summit means they are now far too strong for most other sides, and I predict that they will show this once again as Anneke Bosch, who is terrorising Zimbabwe's bowlers, will fill her boots with runs yet again.
