Manchester Super Giants vs Sunrisers Leeds Preview & Tips - The Super Giants to march into The Hundred final

Sunrisers Leeds were bundled out for just 127 in their last outing as they were soundly beaten by the Manchester Super Giants. 

Their final game of the regular season saw them put in one of the most well-rounded performances this year. Bowling first, they restricted the dangerous batting unit of their opponents to just 127. With the bat, Tim Seifert (80 not out from 40) and Paul Walter (44 not out from 28) never looked in trouble as they ensured the expertise of Jos Buttler with the bat would not be required in a statement 10-wicket win. 

This Eliminator match-up is a curious clash. The pair met mere days ago and the Super Giants stormed to a big win. With a spot in the final on the line, I expect a far closer game. However, I am not backing against the Super Giants in this one. They had all of the answers to the Sunrisers last time out, and I predict more of the same in this one. 

Despite making it to 42 without loss after 21 deliveries, the Sunrisers could not stop the wickets tumbling after Ryan Rickelton was dismissed for 17. From there, the maximums dried up with none of the remaining nine bowlers able to clear the ropes. By contrast, Walter and Seifert hit 10 sixes between them. 

While this match will bring a renewed shot at a win, the Sunrisers took a big psychological blow in their last game. Their three-game winning run was cast aside in brutal fashion by the Super Giants, and I predict they will slump to a fourth defeat in five at the hands of their opponents as they miss out on the final.
