The 45 points they have picked up means they sit three clear of Houston in second with a game in hand. Their last home game ended in a crushing 3-0 win over LA Galaxy, with this their ninth win in 13 outings this season. Austin arrive languishing down in 14th in the Western Conference, meaning this will be a match Vancouver are fully expected to win comfortably.
