The 2026 US Open will be the last Grand Slam of the year as the best players in the world battle to write their name into the history books.
Carlos Alcaraz arrives as the reigning champion but, having missed both the French Open and Wimbledon, may yet struggle to match the levels of Jannik Sinner, who has been in fine form across the season.
You can see the latest odds for the 2026 men’s US Open in the table below.
| 2026 Men’s US Open Winner | Odds |
|---|---|
| Jannik Sinner | 1.72 |
| Carlos Alcaraz | 3.25 |
| Alexander Zverev | 7.00 |
| Novak Djokovic | 11.00 |
| Ben Shelton | 13.00 |

Carlos Alcaraz will arrive for the final Grand Slam of the year as the reigning champion after triumphing back in 2025. However, he is not currently the favourite to secure the silverware this season.
Instead, Jannik Sinner has been installed as the man to back. Sinner surged to glory at Wimbledon in London in the last Slam, with this his fifth Grand Slam crown.
Hot on the heels of Alcaraz and his seven triumphs, Sinner will feel that this is the perfect chance for him to take back the Slam Alcaraz took from him in 2025.
Alcaraz himself may arrive as one of the players to back, but injuries have curtailed his involvement on the tour in 2026. He will likely be very rusty when he plays at the tournament and with only one chance in each outing, he cannot afford to not be at his best.
While the quality of Alcaraz is clear, he has to be at his best to beat Sinner. The pair have traded blows in the biggest rivalry on the tour, and a rusty Alcaraz will not beat Sinner in full flow.
Novak Djokovic is another name to consider as he looks to secure an elusive 25th Grand Slam. The last Slam he won was the US Open back in 2023, and he would dearly love to end a run of nearly three years without a major crown.
Alexander Zverev is also available in the betting and will be buoyed by his first Grand Slam triumph at the French Open back in 2026.
However, with Sinner in fine form and Alcaraz back, this one may yet prove to be a straight shootout between the pair.
