Dambulla Sixers vs Colombo Kaps Preview & Tips - Dambulla to secure consecutive LPL wins

Colombo Kaps edged to a 23-run win over Kandy Royals in their last outing as the got back to winning ways after a tight loss to Jaffna Kings. 

It is worth noting that first and fifth are separated by just four points, meaning the Sixers could fall as quickly as they can rise. This makes it even more important for the Sixers to turn one win over Galle Marvels into two triumphs. 

Fortunately for the Sixes is the fact they have dominated their opponents in the T20 game with four consecutive wins. They can also lean on an excellent performance against Galle last time out as they easily chased down 179 to win with six wickets and 23 deliveries to spare. In that sort of form, the Sixers were looking at a score well in excess of 200. 

While consistent wins have been an issue for most of the sides in the competition, the Sixers will fancy their chances in this one. They have proved too good for their opponents across their last cluster of T20 meetings, and I back them to secure consecutive wins. 

Their last outing ended in a 23-run win over Kandy Royals as they bounced back from their heart-breaking loss to Jaffna Kings. Victory saw the Kaps cruise to 192/9 before restricting their opponents to 169/8. While they will have wanted to have bowled their opponents out, their bowling performance put on display that they can cripple a team's run scoring ability without taking all 10 wickets. 

While the Kaps arrive for this one with some form behind them, they have been poor against their opponents. The Sixers have secured wins by 10 runs, 50 runs, eight wickets and 28 runs over Colombo, and I back them to extend their winning run to five matches.
